Ever Walked Into a Place Where the Beer's Crafted with Soul and the Bread Still Smells Like Morning?
At Eli Cannons Brewing Collective, every batch tells a story and every loaf is baked with intention. We're not just a brewery — we're a gathering place where craft and community rise together.
Our Story
Born From a Love of Good Beer and Even Better Company
Eli Cannons Brewing Collective started with a simple conviction: the best moments happen when people gather around something genuinely crafted. What began as a passion for small-batch brewing has grown into a full-sensory experience — where hoppy IPAs share a shelf with sourdough pulled straight from the deck oven.
Nestled in Middletown, we've built a space that honors the rhythms of craft. Our beers are brewed in-house, our bread is baked daily, and our shelves are stocked with goods we'd proudly put on our own tables. This isn't a chain. It's a collective — by the community, for the community.
What We Offer
More Than a Brewery — A Full-Circle Experience
From the first pour to the last crumb, everything we offer is designed to bring people together around something real.
Small-Batch Craft Beer
Twelve or more rotating drafts brewed on-site — from session IPAs and golden ales to barrel-aged stouts that demand your full attention. There's always something new to discover.
Artisan Baked Goods
Sourdough loaves, flaky pastries, and daily specials pulled from our deck oven each morning. If it smells amazing here, it's probably fresh from our kitchen.
Curated Pantry & Groceries
Local honey, small-batch hot sauces, craft snacks, and pantry staples we've personally vetted. Take a piece of Eli Cannons home with you.
Events & Gatherings
Live music, beer tastings, private events, and community meetups — our space is built for gathering. Check our calendar for what's coming up.
Taproom & Lounge
Whether you're unwinding after work or celebrating the weekend, our taproom offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere with room to spread out.
Growing Collectively
We're always experimenting — new brews, seasonal releases, and rotating partnerships with local producers. The best is always next.
